Ms. Lessard is excellent. She helped me with stress management and to reduce the physical reactions and excessive emotions I suffered following startling situations. My reactions used to be spontaneous, strong, and immensely disturbing, and have been for decades. I had lost hope of getting rid of these but finally we got there in 2 sessions!
Her approach is reassuring and her knowledge in related fields makes her a well-equipped professional to meet our needs and bring us to change what is wrong.
