Always a pleasant experience to be greeted by a needle which by the way has been there for over 10 days, then to wait at the deli counter for 15 mins even after interrupting a manager from his conversation with a rep. I asked him if I could purchase deli? His response was "yes I'll take care of it" and dove back into his conversation...end of story, didn't get to buy deli... Went to IGA.
