(October 25, 2019, 9:38 pm)visit by technician Francis (very knowledgable) to look into the Ecoflo system malfunction. Came in on time, identified the problem right away, fixed it and in the process answered many questions. He also gave us tips on best practices to avoid problems and noticed that my water tank in the basement needed replacement (over 10 years). He will come next week again. Great service and outstanding professionalized you rarely see these days.

Bought a cottage in August and knew nothing about sceptic tanks, etc. We had an urgent issue with the pump and I dreaded the thought of having to request a service call. They sent someone within 24 hours who was knowledgeable and quick to resolve the issue. I appreciated the that he took the time to explain how everything works and how I can do some preliminary troubleshooting should anything come up again. They were fairly priced with amazing/pleasant service.
I did not hesitate to use them to install a UV water filtration system as we get our water from the lake. Again, fair price, great quick service and thorough with a follow up visit to test the water to ensure it is safe to drink. Everyone from the person taking the call to the technician on site is knowledgeable and pleasant. I highly recommend them.
