(September 21, 2021, 6:16 pm)Following a disaster, my contractor suggested that I do business with them. After paying 50% of the cost, a technologist came to take the measurements. Subsequently, they were unable to meet their deadline, so I turned to another firm.
I asked for a refund (the technologist's fees being less than the 50% already paid), it's been a year and absolutely no follow-up on their part.
Following the above notice, the company contacted me to make the refund. It took less than a month to resolve the situation.
