Pleasant and very knowledgeable staff, no wonder considering they grow and distill right up the hill. You can also see a portion of the blackcurrant fields.
Very wide variety of vinegar, much more than I might have actually thought.
During the tasting we also see that they are all very different and of very high quality.
It's a safe bet that I will use their online store for home delivery as soon as I finish my vinegars and strong alcohol. A special mention to the blackcurrant syrup which will seek out the syrupy taste of Port.
Very nice discovery!
