Also, somehow RD surplus got a hold of our email address and started sending us advertising without permission!! So not right and, if I had any intention of buying anything there, I now have been completely turned off!**

Nice place, salespeople are a bit pushy. They say no pressure but then they keep coming back to push. Not my thing. -

(August 3, 2018, 5:10 pm)Good customer service. Sales person was there to answer my questions which were a lot. Always with a smile. Very patient too as I changed my choices and tried most of the sofas and chairs.
The store gave me the date of delivery,
and as I was told, the day before delivery I got a robot call to reconfirm delivery and to let me know the aprox time 1:15 to 5 pm. My boxes arrived at 3 pm and were delivered inside my place where I wanted them to be.
All in good order, chairs very solid although for me a bit difficult to read the instructions. For the pivoting/reclining chair nothing to put togethe only one piece.above the other. Very comfortable.
