(July 1, 2019, 8:38 pm)Despite having my luggage taken to the Quebec City terminus, and being asked to take the trip 4 hours later if I really wanted to travel with my luggage, my experience with Keolis has always been pleasant. The drivers are friendly and courteous, and the seats are comfortable!
