(June 17, 2019, 10:27 pm)The product is not bad quality (we have bought Bali sliding doors through Lowe's), though I am giving this comment without any wear & tear happened, we have just opened the package yesterday. But the installation instructions are unbelievably inadequate. Why would manufacturers not invest their time to prepare more detailed manuals and also explanatory videos to make the installation process easier, especially for people who are not great at this kind of tasks? Also, as we are the ones who make the measurements as amateurs, when you make even a 1/4" measuring mistake, you are screwed, therefore; the doors should have the height adjustment capability up to a couple of inches at least. A little disappointed...

(April 6, 2018, 8:51 pm)I received wood barn doors and the rail hardware system. Products were delivered ahead of schedule and were of very good quality. Customer service was excellent too.
I was glad to pay a little extra for these quality Canadian doors.
