(February 12, 2017, 7:44 pm)Being an English speaker in Quebec, I was nervous about how I would be able to communicate with the staff: luckily, this was not a concern. The reception staff and nurses communicated with me well, and the physician in particular was very polite and gave me excellent care. The only reason this is not 5 stars is that I was asked to return twice before I even had an appointment, because they needed to fit me in. Overall, though, it was a good experience.
