Very decent library, very quiet. I have been there twice and both times I worked half the day very quiet on the second at a table in the corners of the novels. People and employees speak in low voices. The WIFI network works well. Regarding the opening hours, I know that it is written here that Sunday is closed but there are Sundays, even in summer, that it is open. The proof, I am there as it is there.
