(March 8, 2019, 4:15 pm)Needed new snowboard boots. I told Louis what I needed and wanted. He recommended a boot then measured my foot. He also recommended an insole. I’m very happy with my purchase. The boot and insole were a game changer for my ride. Best service I’ve ever had at a resort shop.

He patiently spent more than 45 minutes trying different boots and even custom fitted inner part and outer shell. Thank you Eric!

(January 19, 2017, 12:29 am)Bought a pair of Salomon boots in Toronto and used them for the first time at Tremblant. Had a serious fit problem w one of them. They spent 60 minutes refitting it for me. They refused to let me leave before the boot fit perfectly. I asked to be charged for their efforts but they refused. Amazing store w staff that really, really know their stuff.
