(February 18, 2020, 9:44 pm)Unbelievable experience! We went with the bachelorette package, that included aerial yoga and champagne/chocolates and strawberries at the end. What a lovely way to toast the bride and get a workout in. Mel was very accommodating and geared the class toward our skill level.
Will be going back to this studio to try another class when I am back in town for sure! Any bachelorette party should make this a ‘must do’ for a daytime activity!! -

(December 11, 2019, 7:03 pm)My husband and I were looking for a yoga studio in Treblant and were pleasantly surprised. The class was packed, but we had space to move around.
We were the only people that wanted English spoken, but the instructor could speak both. The room was super hot, which was awesome! The class was not really a flow class. It was disjointed where we did more yoga poses then flowed.
We especially loved the cold eucalyptus towel that she put on our eyes during shavasana. We also enjoyed the shower after class! There is an awesome deal for $66 for the Scandinavian spa and a yoga class. We definitely took advantage of this deal! -

(December 21, 2016, 1:33 am)Highly recommend Karma Shala to all !!! Whether a beginner or experienced yogi, the studio provides a variety of teachings for all levels, including some great workshops!! The studio is continually working to improve it's services, with a variety of pass options, increased class length with a wide variety of times, including EASY app booking. Since moving to the area I have found friends within the welcoming Karma Shala Family & really enjoy the atmosphere to nourish the mind, body & soul - come join us !! 💟 Namaste 🕉
