(September 22, 2020, 5:52 pm)Superb service! Perfectly cooked filet mignon! Fantastic views of the mountains! And I think these three sum it up all. The service felt personal and the waiter was there all the time; somehow he could magically sense you needed him and would appear out of nowhere. Pomatoes that accompanied the steak were the best I ever had. To be frank, I am not a fan of fried potatoes with my steak; I am more old school and want mashed potatoes. But Choux Gras's creation made me rethink! Will go back again.

(August 24, 2020, 5:14 pm)Open and welcoming atmosphere. Service was incredible and the chefs were very accommodating. Their salmon isn't wild salmon, but it was delicious nonetheless. Parsnip soup was very good as well! And the desserts were delicious.
Pretty pricey though, just make sure you order things that can be done well (avoid average foods with high prices like roasted chicken 😑). -
