Nice staff with few exceptions (the “driving”instructors may try to crack a smile from time to time and show some patience with the guests. As well, they should start the timing when the boat leaves the shore not when the instructions are complete and papers are signed, while the guests are still waiting on shore, far away from the boat). The old pontoon is very slow (math is telling that it goes under 10 km/h) and pretty expensive (20% taxes on top of the rental price)), with a lot of rules and regulations. Beware of getting back late, there is a $200 penalty for that, regardless of the delay. All in all, a just ok trip.
