Here it is February and I am still remembering with such fondness our family celebration in August with Chef Frederic and Michelle. The team at Couleurs Gourmandes worked with our modest budget to create a spectacular dinner to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary. The service was outstanding from preparation to clean-up. The food was fantastic! They accommodated food allergies and made everyone feel welcome by choosing foods everyone could eat- rather than simply preparing a side meal for the allergic individual. I can't say enough about the experience. I hope I get the chance to dine with them again.
