(April 8, 2019, 9:38 am)This is a nice place to be specially after a hike in winter or skiing. There are several cross country ski trails and snowshoeing trails around it.
It has a fire place and about 20 tables with a good view around it. It often is empty early in the morning and then gets crowded during the day.
In winter, they put up a bird feeder which is always crowded with all sort of small birds that often are not scarred of humans so you can get close to them for photography. -

(December 30, 2018, 6:21 pm)Love this hut. Tho it does take some time to warm up but much better than the old one that would turn into an oven and then a sauna as everyone's wet gear dried by the fire.
