  Pizza and club sandwich were wonderful! Although I must agree with a previous review in saying they’re were no spoons to stir in the milk or sugar. The seating arrangements are great, gives off a very rustic look and a great and quiet area for a nice conversation. Staff was very polite and respectful, although not the best coffee and tea. Would definitely recommend if you are in the area!

  Laid back and in keeping with the country vibe of Chelsea (the owner of the Chelsea pub also owns this establishment), it is a decent place to enjoy a cup of coffee and a quality pastry. Can’t give the coffee a 5-star rating but the atmosphere was conducive to a leisurely catch-up with friends (upstairs there are cushions and small tables for intimate conversations) or to simply sit on your own and read the paper or a good book.

  I have decided to update my review, when I went to Biscotti a few years back, I received a latte that was barely full so I only gave 4 stars. However, I went here over the weekend with my husband and it did not disappoint. The new addition to the original location and renovations are beautiful! It is such a cozy, quaint place and the lattes we received were delicious (and full haha). The almond croissant was also amazing! We will definitely be back! It's a very cute place.

  Favorite coffee shop in the Ottawa area. It has a unique ambiance that is very welcoming. Excellent coffee and delicious food. Highly recommended.

  Great ambiance, food is average. We were in an outdoor night setting, which was very private yet out in the open. The outdoor setting seemed more suitable for daytime as lighting was limited, to the point of of people using the light on their phones to see the food. Service was good and pretty fast. They also have a nice fire pit for a cooler evening.
