(June 1, 2021, 4:46 pm)We are satisfied with the quality of our house but the customer service is poor. We are still hearing feedback for minor issues we mentioned a few days after the sale (1 year later). They are at the mercy of their subcontractors. Some are good, some don't even answer the phone.
For our next home, we're not going to take them back. I do not recommend.

The team is professional and very efficient. Same day answers, immediate care when there is a problem. Really, thank you to the Desranleau team for everything. I will not hesitate to do business with you again in the future!
