We out through a request for an estimate for our kitchen counters and from the very first moment when she engaged us, the entire process and experience has been fantastic!!! She is very knowledgeable, professional, very customer centric and she builds great rapport with her customers in an effort to better understand their needs and likes. She has been very efficient an fast in getting back to us and most importantly she has been transparent with no hidden surprises. She is absolutely amazing so I highly recommend her and Summum Granit for your next purchase. They also support Costco customers so their pricing is very competitive. I highly recommend them and Josée. Thank you for everything and we are looking forward to our new countertops in the next few months.

(March 19, 2020, 10:28 pm)Wow at the start what good customer service from Ms. Julie. Finally, a company that listens to its customers. The latter was attentive to our problem of appointments for taking Quartz counter measurements and found the solution quickly.
Today, March 5, 2020, Mr. Pierre-Olivier came to our house with an exemplary smile and a contagious good humor to take the measures of our future counter. He even gave some advice to optimize the installation.
We have been looking for the sixth star and will likely get it during the counter break shortly. We remain convinced that the installers will be equally up to Mrs. Julie and Mr. Pierre-Olivier.

Well here is the end of our opinion concerning the Summum Granit company ...
As for the installers of our quartz counter, Mathieu and Marc-Antoine, we are doing excellent work. Very punctual, polite, courteous and all with a smile despite the early hour (7:00 am).
They work neatly and professionally. We recommend this company and give them for all the staff so much to Ms. Julie, Mr. Pierre-Olivier, Mathieu and Marc-Antoine a rating of 5/5 and if we could give more it would be a 7/5.
Bravo to all of you for your fine work.
