(October 15, 2021, 1:42 am)Absolutely one of the best customer service experiences I have had the pleasure of enjoying. Finding quality boat insurance at a competitive rate can be a trying process at the best of times. I must have called half a dozen brokers prior to calling Rolo at Safe Harbour.
Each time I was made to feel like they were doing me a favour even talking to me and a few didn’t even bother returning my call. When I called Safe Harbour, I was immediately greeted by a kind and professional voice who knew what she was talking about. She made the entire experience a pleasure and had me insured the same day at a very competitive price. She made it happen because she cared, period. I’m not one for writing reviews but this one was absolutely necessary and deserved! As a former C.E.O., I know how hard it is to find people who love what they do and and do it with passion Thank you Rolo and Thank you Safe Harbour! 🙏😎⛵️
