We apologise if anyone left the garage unhappy. We always try to be very clear with the costumer from the get go. A few garage facts:
- No garage can survive on Labor alone. Therefor we have to charge an extra 10$ an hour wen the costumer decides to get his own parts. Most garages would actually refuse the job.
- Diagnostic is always charged. If you know what the problem is, and can fix it yourself, you don`t need us. The time the tech has to take to figure out your problem is payed, therefore we have to charge it to the costumer. We always follow a set of elimination procedures, till we get to the problem. We can`t fix cars on a hunch, we have to do all the necessary tests till we get to the actual problem.
- Our hourly rate has been at 65$ for over two years now. We apologize if its not updated on our site, but we`ll take care of that ASAP.
We are always happy to answer any questions you have prior to any work, and we`re more than happy to show you any and all problems on your car, and the results after the fix. Unfortunately, we are human, and errors do happen, For which we take full responsibility, and we make sure that if an error does occur, the client is not penalized.
