(March 19, 2020, 7:48 pm)In my estimation, this is the best branch I've ever visited, of any bank, by a multiple of 10, easily. There's a reason why I have all my accounts, mortgage and credit with these people. The level of competence of the staff at this location seriously never ceases to amaze me. I know that I can go there with any issue or question and feel extremely confident that it will be resolved without hesitation. Perhaps, beyond their impressive level of competence is their level of friendliness. Without a doubt, some of the nicest and kindest people you can find work at that branch. Combined with a great and modernized environment and the perks and strong capabilities of a big bank like TD, I find myself wondering why everyone doesn't just make the switch. A flagship branch for sure. Well done.

(July 20, 2019, 4:57 pm)Tony was fantastic in helping my wife and me with a banking issue on a Saturday. He was courteous, patient and took the time to get everything done properly. Honestly, you cannot ask much more from a customer service rep! TD you better keep one of your best assets!
