(January 26, 2019, 4:12 pm)I was in a car accident so I had to do physiotherapy. I had multiple therapists, but not all of them were competent. Most of the time, I remember leaving their office dissatisfied thinking "that's all...?". As in, I could've googled this type of therapy and had a family member help do some exercises and a light massage. I also did ergotherapy, which got me ready to go back to work. That was a little better than physiotherapy!
