  Okay, so I feel frustrated because my wife's insurance requires me to buy orthopaedic shoes from a place that has a license to sell this type of foot wear. Even if I find the same identical SKU shoe, at another store, I can't get a reimbursement for the ortho shoe 'cause it didn't come from a licensed place. How does bureaucracy and the capitalist system co-exist?
  
  A big problem for me, a forty-seven year old man is that these places cater primarily to a geriatric crowd so there's a lack of fashoinable, young looking stylish merchandise.
  
  Arrgghh!
  
  But by far the most difficult challenge is that I wear 48 Euro, 14 US. It's tough to find something nice let alone that fits. These ortho places don't stock such large sizes. If they order what they believe will fit me, I don't get reimbursed if it doesn't actually fit.
  
  Most people I call in these ortho shops don't put much effort in finding me something that's suited to my needs. Carmen did. For her perserverence and patience with my irritability, I give her 5 STARS. The store for keeping me on hold for 20 minutes 2 STARS. Blue Cross Insurance, ZERO STARS.

  Great experience! Got custom insoles made. Annie-Joelle knows her stuff! You need to make an appointment first. Better than my podiatrist. Believe me. Podiatrist was over 500$, Médicus under 500$ and you have 6 months to make modifications done at the store! Just make an appointment first. They solved my problem contrary to my podiatrist! Which are Doctors by the way!!

  Went recently to buy products with my wife. The staff was very nice and knownlegeable. They took time to demonstrate to us how products works. Thank you
