  The guys at Hertz Laval showed great flexibility and service to find us a car in one of the bussiest weekends of the year (Thanksgiving). Pick-up from the metro and arranging a taxi to the airport; no problem at all. Excellent experience with this company. Thanks guys, we'll be back.

  With my previous good experience I've checked online for pricing but Shara gave me a better deal. This Shara guy is great!
  I asked for the Sienna and he didn't guarantee it but he said he will try. The only promise he made was he will definitely get me a minivan with my seating preferences. As he promised he got me a Sienna overnight for me with my seating preferences. I got it at the store opening. Thank you Shara!
  The only thing was that the other Hertz location who brought it to laval Hertz didn't clean it. I clened it myself for my family.

  Didn't know if Hertz Laval on boul. Des Laurentides (close to boul. Saint-Martin E.) Was good or not.
  
  Was always dealing with Avis & Budget in the past with very good service.
  
  Wanted to switch because of huge price difference. Online Hertz was lower by 100+$
  
  So I went to see them.
  Mr Carlo greeted me and I asked him to reserve a mini-van. He showed me the Caravan.
  I had bad comfort issue from Dodge Caravan back leather seets. (Everything else was ok)
  I asked Mr Carlos to see the Dodge Van and didn't like the leather third row back seats.
  After explaining him about my preferences he said he had a Toyota Sienna with fabric seats and showed it to us. Sienna was more comfortable in general and we went in the office to reserve it.
  
  Mr Carlo got me a lower price but not the one I wanted. He then verified online and matched it.
  He then said everything is set in the system for the Sienna and his colleague Chara would help me the following day with paprework.
  
  Following day I went to see Mr Chara and he asked for my ID and Credit Card and within 2-3mins he gave me the keys and came to see the Van.
  
  During my trip I had to extend by a day. When I called Mr Carlo said no problem and gave me the same deal with a small fee 15$. Which was reasonable.
  
  Very good experience with the Toyota Sienna & Hertz Laval
  
  Will definitely rent again with them.

  If you want your car rental experience to go as smooth as possible, go see Shara at this location. The guy is so professional, easy to deal with, very friendly and he will give you the best rates. Can't get better than this.

  Special thanks to Shara Manoukian agent for Hertz rent a car in Laval location thank you very much for all of your kindness and expertise you gave me excellent customer service, satisfation guaranteed and 100% commitment in assistance and performance during the entire process for the car rental , I would strongly recommend to everyone in renting from HERTZ during your vacations both in the USA and Canada, thanks again you guys are the best, I am looking forward to renting a car again from Hertz during my next trip in Montreal, keep up the good work, and thanks again

  It 's the best car rental agency that I have done business with. Good service, best price, respect for the customer, professionalism. In addition Mr Shara is really nice and knows well his job. He deserves the 5 stars.
