Sales tech I dealt with was knowledgeable and not pushy. Helped me with options as a current Fido customer.

staff member told me that if I would spend 200$ on accessories for a new contract, I would get 200$ credit on my first phone bill. Once I received my first bill, I only got 100$, so I went back to the store only to get 50$; a rep said that for the other 50$ I would have to speak to the person I initially dealt with. When I finally did, she said she gave it to me on the purchase of my phone, which was not true, then she said I would have to wait 6 months to get it if I still wanted it. In all I am still happy for the service, just I will make sure everything is written down to avoid any way to get screwed.
