SAIL Plein Air - Laval

  Yeaterday I went to SAIL Laval. I wanted just check some backpacks up. Michel came to us and he was very attentive about our needs. He took the time to explain to us what would be the best option (confort, size, etc). Even if at he beginning I wasn’t going to buy it, the customer service of this guy was so impeccable and thanks to him now I get a very nice 40L backpack.

  Nice place to find outdoor gears. The location is not really easy to access and the interior looks a bit in need of attention, not like some other locations. Beside that, selection of products looks fine. The staff I encountered was probably new or just he didn't care much on how it would appear to customers.

  Very helpful and well informed staff and a good variety. I can find all kinds of gadgets and gear. It’s very exciting even if it’s just to browse!
  
  I am adding this part a few weeks after the last one.
  The people here are very very kind, friendly and nice. And they are very knowledgeable! The consult we got here was even more precious than the merchandise!
  I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate the management, for the incredible staff

  This is the place to go. If you love fishing. Soo many varieties of fishing gears, its paradise. Boats are at very good prices. Life jackets. Pedals. You will find everything for fishing here.
