(March 6, 2019, 8:05 pm)I had excellent service with the plumber who came to fix my toilet, however the person who answered me when I called for information never said there was a charge $ 60 for the trip AND while the plumber worked on the 1h30 repair, they charged me 2 hours of work because they include the time they make the bill ... At $ 85 / hour, I think it's fully paid for all the service included! I spoke with the owner and he told me that it was probably a mistake by the person who informed me on the phone, telling me that anyway it's the way to go in this industry ... I want Believe it, but they should have told me, it's the least of it ... It's me who pays! If it's not so bad, he should have paid me back in my opinion. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

Eric helped me out with a big problem in my house, fixed a pipe that was hard to reach, and put everything in back in place just the way it was. It was a difficult job to do in a very small space. He worked very clean, there was nothing for me to take care of after. For any future work he will be the first person I will call. Thanks!!
