(May 22, 2019, 6:23 pm)This is the best place in Laval to learn jiu-jitsu....people are really respectful, teachers are super competent and make sure everyone is safe while learning. Wheter you want to compete, learn BJJ for self defence, GB laval is a good place to go. Classes for Kids are really good too.

(May 22, 2018, 11:25 pm)Tough and fair. As a parent of a 9 year old, I couldn't think of a better place to help him pick up valuable life lessons. Self esteem, self defense, concentration are all on the menu. The staff is professional and the courses are catered to various skill levels. Coach Guigui is a unique no-bs leader. A+. Would recommend to all.
