  I live in a duplex. Mom is downstairs and I am upstairs. I called Bobtech when both my mother and my washing machine stopped working within a week of each other. I asked Bob if it was worth fixing my mother's old 1998 Maytag washing machine or should we just buy a new one. Bob explained that those old Maytag machines are keepers and so he came the next day and fixed it and it now works like a charm. My Samsung needed a new pump and when he replaced it he noticed the machine was emitting an error code during the cycle. It turns out that the hot water hose which is connected to the machine had zero water coming into it. He spent at least 45 minutes to find the problem and it wasn't with the machine it was with my plumbing. He installed a Y connector so that I can still run the machine using only cold water. I will still have to call my plumber but I was so appreciative of the time Bob took to not only find the problem but to come up with an interim solution that allowed me to do my laundry. Mom and I found him to be professional, courteous and knowledgeable. We both appreciated his kindness and I sincerely appreciated the fact that he went above and beyond. I would recommend Bob to anyone and I would first ask him if it's worth fixing or investing in a new machine. Laura

  Bob is Excellent! Trustworthy and honest, generous and respectful. Highly recommend! I will call him again without hesitation.

  Robert was very friendly and efficient. Everything was done within 30 minutes. I would recommend if you have any issues with your appliances. He knows what he's doing :)
