09-10-2020 The store contacted me and everything is now settled

After more than a month and after talking to 2 people, we are still waiting for a return call from the store manager as well as the head office. We had questions about a few amounts on a bill (excessive, in my opinion), they promised to check and get back to me with an explanation.......nothing yet.
