run by a group of 3 young and super-dynamic young people. All is organic, and they do their own food dehydration. They know lots on the subject and
are glad to explain their process to you. Their menu was not ready at the time, so they told us what they had verbally. (Menu is ready now) We were served a veggie sandwich with fresh and dehydrated ingredients on quality bread. I am not much for veggie sandwiches but I must say it was absolutely one of the best sandwiches I ever had. Presentation was lovely as well, and had a beautiful little salad to go with it, also delicious as it contained fruit, dressing was soooo good. There are tables outside in a lovely setting. We liked it so much we went back the next day for supper as they have musical events with a special menu. On that night they had their homemade pizzas on the menu, which were all good. Nothing from a package served here. The best part: the bill. Really reasonable prices. If you are in the area, St Sauveur or vicinity, take a ride up the hill to Ste Anne des Lacs and treat yourself to a meal there. You won't regret it.
