(August 3, 2021, 10:23 pm)We had ordered a cake for a birthday, but the lady misunderstood ... The birthday girl has a fatal almond allergy and we unwrapped an almond cake. To err is human ... but what I deplore is the lack of solution to the error made. No discounts or refunds. When we contacted the people concerned, we were told a big: Sorry. That's it! Fortunately, we found out before serving a piece to the birthday girl, but the evening could have ended tragically. And imagine if it had been a child! What a desappointment.
Besides this lack of customer service, the cake was fine. The icing was frankly well done and in more than generous quantities. However, the cake was a bit dry. I would have preferred softer.
Improvement tip: Make sure you write down any allergies and confirm with the client what you understand. If you are unable to secure the order, please notify the customer.

This is a comment ... not a settling of scores ... We have communicated with you. It is our experience that we share. By the way, the cake was very good for those who ate it. You have to accept that sometimes mistakes can be serious and sometimes customers are not satisfied. It does not detract from the quality of your cakes;) -

They have a back patio.
