(October 8, 2019, 1:48 am)Today, I went to the ophthalmology department. Dr. Pepin and the others I dealt with were very professional, thorough and pleasant. Very pleased, although the wait was long and the waiting room small and noisy. (They are moving to bigger facilities)......Unfortunately, my experience at reception was nasty. The long haired women on the right was rude and dismissive. I asked her, in French, to speak slowly so I could understand. She ranted and said in French that's the way it is.
