I drove from Ottawa to pick up a new e-bike (none to be found locally - thanks, COVID), and Jeremy did a great job working with me on the phone to make sure the fit was right when I got there. He showed me how to operate the controls and the battery charger, and I was on my way. My wife is thrilled with it - thanks, Jeremy!
