His presentation was simply impeccable, very professional. From the start, we felt very comfortable and confident. He shared his knowledge of the market, the condition and construction of the house and he offered us lots of great advice and suggestions to ensure a quick and trouble-free sale. He acted more as an advisor than a salesperson and he showed the patience of an angel by answering my many questions clearly and precisely.
Agence Immobilière Éric Comtois is made up of an exceptional team. Sarah Duval is the perfect assistant who handles communications by phone or email. She is super efficient at answering our questions or guiding us through every step of the sale, whether it's making appointments for visits or keeping us informed of ongoing progress. The photographer, Gabriel, is professional, patient, and takes the time to capture the angle of each photo to show the property at its best.
Eric worked very hard with us and he showed unparalleled flexibility. It was as if we were his most important client and to our surprise the house sold in record time, in less than two weeks!
We could not be happier to have chosen Eric and his agency and we thank them warmly for exceptional service and a very positive experience. Eric and Sarah really went above and beyond our expectations and I would not hesitate two seconds to recommend them to everyone. -
