(May 13, 2022, 5:57 pm)I purchased a brace for an air conditioner from Sunrise TC. They were wonderful to work with. I was surprised to get the order quickly with no up charge. Assembly was simple & straightforward.
I have a portable air conditioner mini split from forestair.ca it is wonderful. My only issue would be I wish I could control it with my phone. That is me being picky. -

(October 19, 2021, 4:36 pm)Excellent customer service. I needed 2 sets of keyed entry lock to be keyed alike when I placed my order but there was nowhere to enter that information when I ordered online, needless to say I got 2 different keys codes.
I called customer service and reordered and Natalie sent me the same key code that I needed. Thank you Natalie. I now only need one key to enter my house. -

(August 13, 2021, 3:03 pm)Excellent customer service from Mr. Li. Thank you for your timely and professional support. I had a problem with my air conditioner (in 35 degree weather, of course!) and after some troubleshooting it was determined that it was the compressor. They told me that since the company doesn't have repair services, and the unit was still under warranty, I should return it to the retailer for a refund. With proof of purchase, they emailed me a code that I gave to the retailer along with the faulty unit and I was refunded my money without a problem...($ to be used to buy another air conditioner!).
