(May 23, 2017, 11:41 am)We love coming down to the lake for a walk with our 5 and 2 year old. It's not a long walk and the park at the far end is nice, clean and up-to-date. There always seems to be ample parking on the west side along the road. It is also very nice in winter for skating on the lake. There is no zamboni but the ice is kept clear, here are plenty of benches and lite well enough for evening skating. The changing room is in the Old Presbytery basement but take care, the walk from the basement to the stairs to the ice is very tricky/slippery for small kids. Well worth it to skate on the lake though:)
