First, I'm going to give five stars even though in my opinion they don't deserve it. I do this to preserve them a higher overall rating.
I have been home for over 20 years. I've always had a snow plow and never had a problem. Always satisfied.
This year, the old snow plow here (MST) sold to PMP (the new owners. I must mention that MST was impeccable in terms of service.
Let's get to the facts. I will give just one example, that of today. We received about 15 centimeters at the end of the night and past morning. Me as usual, I moved my vehicles around 9:00. It is now 7:00 p.m. and still no PMP machine has passed. In my opinion, this is not normal (in short, I have never experienced this).
Good UPDATE, 20:13 still nobody. I just finished clearing my driveway on my own. I find that really unfortunate. Yes I can do it, but I paid for a service.
In short, really disappointed. -

(February 13, 2022, 7:07 pm)The city had not cleared the snow the last fall. With the thaw they went to deglaze and tear off the layer of ice and they left everything in pieces in the entrances. Everything froze solid in a few hours... when I went out to try to break the ice I met a PMP driver and he saved me a good hour of work by scraping most of my driveway (I I'm not even a customer) he
therefore simply decided to help me! Extremely nice and appreciated as a gesture. If I ever choose to do business with a snow remover next year it will be PMP! thanks again
