We could not be happier with our new floating dock from CanDock - NJ. Jesse Fullylove and his crew made the entire experience a pleasure. From design to installation, everything was laid out and fully explained every step of the way. Even the HQ office in Canada was extremely responsive with follow up. D. Boyle - I am quite happy how the New G-2 system attaches to the older G- 1 system of my original dock. I was impressed with JPs knowledge of the product. The delivery of my order was done in a timely and professional manner. The unique characteristic of the block system allows us to use the dock all year long despite the water levels dropping almost 25 feet during the winter months . The ramps on all the traditional docks on the lake are impossible to access.

This is an excellent dock. It was delivered on three pallets and we assembled it in a few hours. We are on a small lake and it winters in the water without any need for removal when the lake froze last winter. It is easy to clean with a power washer once a year. It is low on the water, allowing me to enter and exit a kayak or SUP without difficulty.. Cleats secure watercraft during day in water well.

I needed to add an extension to an existing floating dock so that I could launch a single rowing shell. Candock had the best options and price for my project, and were the most responsive of the dock manufacturers I contacted. Philippe (at Candock) walked me through the entire process, from initial design through managing the shipping. I chose to do my own installation, which was quite doable as a solo project. I'm super happy with the end result. It's quite stable. I can stand on the outside corner while carrying the shell and it does not sink into the water.

We purchased a floating dock from Candock in the summer of 2020 and have been very pleased with it. It has met our expectations and so far, lived up to its advertised promises.
We needed safe swimming access to our stream fed pond in the Catskill Mountains in New York State. For years we had been clambering over very slippery rocks or dealing with mud. We had had enough of this and found Candock after researching a number of floating dock suppliers on line. The Candock representative, Jean-Raphaël, was very helpful in our design process; his advice and patience was much appreciated.
Our dock was easy to assemble with two people and made a nice project. We had a fluctuating water level so a floating dock with a ladder was an ideal solution. We assembled it on shore next to the pond and used a long rope and a nylon towing strap attached to our lawn tractor to haul the dock to the water’s edge and launch it. The same process was used in reverse to retrieve it for dry land winter storage. The dock made for a much more pleasant and safe swimming experience.
Candock has been responsive and cooperative and we can heartily recommend them.
