  Very incompetent as they don't get back to you if they require additional documents. We submitted a claim online, were told to wait 4-6weeks. Called back after that time and they indicated they didn't have the paperwork. Why they wouldn't reach out, I have no idea. Sent in the paperwork again to the email address they provided. AGain waited a few weeks. Called again and told once again they didn't have it.

  My dad became sick suddenly and global excel took care of everything few months after. Lots of paperwork needs to be done in order to get your money back. Would I deal with them again? Definitely will do. It’s so rare I would 5* any business on google.
