(April 24, 2020, 10:31 am)Had some maintenance done on the 21st of April was greeted by a person outside to pre-screen arriving appointments to make sure everyone is able to respect to social distancing. Technician came outside to greet me also, she let me know that it would be a about a hour for the work on my vehicle. Which took only 45 mins. As per covid-19 regulations we are not allowed inside building for everyone's safety. Which is good for everyone. As i walked around waiting, I noticed someone sanitizing the vehicles before and after the technician got in the vehicle to bring into shop and back out.
Always have great service from staff at Val Estrie. Thank you Robert. -
