Nice mall and spacious store. There was some damaged merchandise in the kitchenware area, so had to check boxes before making a purchase.

I went to exchange an item I purchased online. The service was exceptional. Took 5 minutes or less. I'm always very satisfied with the H.B.C.

I always end up remembering why I don't go to Hudson's Bay anymore. Every time, I see a price over a rack that seems interesting for the product I see right under it, and then I go look closer and it's always something else under there, and always pricier. They have a lot of interesting articles, but my visit is usually not worth it. Will probably eventually stop trying altogether.
