Service-wise:
They communicate professionally and relatively promptly. They extended a sale offer to me that I missed by a day (my fault, didn't pay attention to the end date!). They kept me informed on shipping expectations - it was out of stock when I ordered. The carrier they use called me to schedule an appointment to make sure someone could receive the desk and it wouldn't be left outside. When a piece was missing and another was damaged (by shipping, it appears) they promptly prepared replacement parts and shipped them out without any hassle.
As for the product:
I ordered a large L-shaped adjustable desk with a cabinet. It is well made and arrived like Ikea furniture - in pieces to be built by the customer. I thought it was easy to assemble, the instructions were clear as long as you pay attention to details like part orientation since the desk has about 8 different possible configurations! It took me maybe 6 hours total at a pretty lazy pace over a couple evenings after work. The desk is absolutely awesome and WAY less expensive than anything comparable that I could find AND had more features like drawers and cabinets.
Bestar has been around for decades, they have products featured on reputable vendor sites like Costco, and my experience has been entirely positive even with minor hangups. If you are looking for quality furniture shipped right to your door at an excellent price and don't mind assembly, you can't go wrong buying from them.
