Gîte chez Gilles

Absolutely incredible, kind, accommodating, and beautiful.
We definitely recommend staying at Gite chez Gilles Levesque. Free wifi, wonderful breakfast, beautiful scenery, neighbouring town was quaint and accommodating.

My girlfriend and I were looking for a last minute place to stay on our way through Quebec City and we called late (not advised) Gite chez Gilles Levesque and they luckily had a spot available for us in their lovely BnB. When we arrived they greeted us with so much kindness, had a parking area available and the room was very quaint and lovely. The next morning we sat at a beautifully arranged table in the living room, set up for guests to have breakfast, we were introduced with a great starter of coffee, fresh juice, cheese, jams and other spreads. We had a fantastic yogurt starter with fresh fruit, and then freshly made crepes. We loved it and asked to stay another night. We spent the day in Quebec City, and returned again for that night. Again it was a great morning and they were so kind and accommodating. The scenery of the area is gorgeous (stayed in beginning of Oct, leaves were all changing). Definitely stay and relax at Gite chez Gilles Levesque.

Pleasant and different. Homey feeling. Very hospitable couple, option for dinner and a delicious breakfast. Recommended!

Lovely bed and breakfast. Gilles is a chef and will cook meals on request. Everything was delicious. Really a home away from home in nature with local products. I loved the fact we had no cell service but Wi-Fi if we wanted to get in touch with family and a landline. Excellent if you want to disconnect and be one with nature. Can't wait to visit again. Gilles went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and at ease.

We stayed two nights. The host was most gracious. Very friendly atmosphere a nice sitting area for guests to enjoy. TV was available. You we're not confined to the bedroom. You could wander around outside, and look around. The food was wonderful. A lovely breakfast each morning that kept you full till after lunch.Gilles is a very good cook. He was very helpful at finding places to visit and where to buy some nice things to take home as souvenirs. Like chocolate. We had wonderful conversations with him in the morning and in the evening when we returned. Although there was just two of us staying he had several other rooms available, so if it's a full house, it would take some juggling around to share the bathrooms. There is as very large beautiful bathroom on the main floor. The rooms are well furnished with lovely antiques.
