I had a lot of trouble getting a booking confirmation from my hens, then getting a date and finally a time ... and that's over several weeks.
When I got there, I got excellent service. The lady is a real animal lover and she was very accommodating. It just lacks a structure for customer service. It is important to offer quick and constant follow-ups.
