I had my wife pick up a used alternator (for her vehicle) as she was near there visiting a friend (with my vehicle). When she got home, I took the alternator to check it out and clean it in preparation for installation and noticed that the housing is cracked. Sucks because planned on installing it the next day. I called ans spoke to Guillaume which was accommodating and told me he would reimburse me if I returned it, which he did. It's possible that even if I picked it up myself I would have not noticed this crack, so with the amount of parts in and out it's obvious it wasn't intentional. Very nice people there an understanding to the situation, I would recommend.
