(June 2, 2022, 5:33 pm)The first time I went there to give someone a gift, I had impeccable service! The jewel has been cleaned, put in a beautiful box and packed ready to offer.
So I went back for myself and for real I was completely disappointed... The saleswoman criticized my choice of birthstone by saying outright that it was not a beautiful color and to top it off she told me put the $300 jewel I had just bought in a vulgar ziploc bag!! Let's just say it's not my go-to jewelry store anymore.

I gave her my budget and she directed me to the correct counter where she began showing me my options. Perfectly bilingual. Made my job as a customer much easier..its already stressful enough.haha.
