Fast and courteous service
Was pretty fast considering the line up outside! I recommend getting a rendezvous much faster
I don't see what the guy who misses 1 star is talking about, he's probably going on the first of the month... Every time I've been, the staff at the counters are SUPER courteous. I had to deal with another SAAQ for 14 years of my life in another city. I can tell you that in Richmond the service is second to none.
