(October 28, 2022, 6:54 pm)I have had good experience with Sentinel so far. They respond to inquiries and provide residents with real solutions. I also feel that their experience is valuable as they provide constructive advice on how to deal with difficult situations. Finally, since they are not a huge management company, they are able to handle buildings much more efficiently than bigger management companies where it is all done via an app.
